First law of refraction state that incident ray , refracted ray and the normal at the point of incidence all lies in a same plane.

second law of refraction state thatangle of incidence and angle of refraction is constant which is also known as Snell's law. Snell's law, which states that, for a given pair of media, the ratio of the sines of the angle of incidence θ1 and angle of refraction θ2 is equal to the ratio of phase velocities (v1 / v2) in the two media, or equivalently, to the indices of refraction (n2 / n1) of the two media.

Two laws of refraction are-

1) The incident ray, refracted ray and the normal, all lie in the same plane.

2) the ratio of sine of angle of incidence and sine of angle of refraction is constant. this is also  called snel'ls law.

plz mark as brainliest if it helps
