1. as we know that sun is a ultimate source of energy. which provides us light and also helps plants to synthesis their food by the process of
photosynthesis.
2.we can use sunlight into various ways or can convert any kind of energy for example = we can convert heat energy into light energy by solar panels . sunlight also provide us vitamin d which is good for bone and prevent disease like rickets
