Apartheid has negatively affected the lives of all South African children but its effects have been particularly devastating for black children. The consequences of poverty, racism and violence have resulted in psychological disorders, and a generation of maladjusted children may be the result.

The unintended effect of decades of oppression and brutality in South Africa was that it produced great people like, Oliver Tambo, Walter Sisulu, Chief Luthuli, Yusuf Dadoo, Bram Fischer and Robert Sobukwe.

The true fact here is that if there were not such opressions and brutality then there will never be such people. These great peoples were produced as a result of such opressions and brutality. So that was the unintended effects of decades of the opressions and brutality in South Africa.
