1. There are three ways in which the Constitution can be amended: Amendment by simple majority of the Parliament. Amendment by special majority of the Parliament. Amendment by special majority of the Parliament and the ratification of at least half of the state legislatures.

2. In case of Money Bills both the two House of Parliament are not on a level of equality. In dealing with the financial legislation, the Lok Sabha enjoys a pre-eminent position while the Rajya Sabha has extremely limited powers. The Constitution provides that a Money Bill can be introduced only in the Lok Sabha.

3. Any matter regarding the enforcement of Fundamental Rights comes under the Original Jurisdiction of the Supreme Court. Apart from this, Supreme Court is the Highest Interpreter of the Constitution and tribunal for final settlements of the disputes between Center and States as well as States and States.

4. Economic issues like poverty, unemployment, development are main issues that influence politics. Garibi Hatao (eradicate poverty) has been a slogan of the Indian National Congress for a long time.
