deodenum recieves secretions of liver and pancreas a common duct recieves bile (liver secretions) from gall bladder and pancreatic juice from pancreas and bring these secretions to the duodenum the digestion of carbohydrates fats and proteins take place in duodenum bile does not contain any enzyme but it digest fats into emulsified fat globules and it neutralises the acidity of food now pancreatic juice which contain enzymes trypsin lipase and salivary amylase helps to digest proteins fats and carbohydrates .

amber3: duodenum is a part of stomach so how it receives secretions of liver and pancreas?
dassristi2016: The stomach, gallbladder, and pancreas are three of the most important digestive organs in the human body. These organs work together to produce and store secretions that digest our food into its most basic building blocks. Once digested, these small molecules pass into our intestines to be absorbed and to feed our body’s tissues. These three major organs also produce hormones that help to coordinate their functions and even lead to the feeling of fullness after consuming a meal
amber3: but how secretion of liver and pancreas back flow to stomach?
