what are the various scenarios when a shared spreadsheet is being attemped to be saved?

A lot of people have access to the workbook in order to update their project schedules; the problem is, they tend to drag and drop it onto their desktops to make the changes and then save that over the file in the network drive, which breaks the hyperlinks I have in the file that link to each of their program folders, forcing me to go in and manually reset dozens of links. Is there any way to prevent saving local copies of the workbook like this? I still need people to have access to it and be able to make updates, but I don't want them to be able to save copies of it on their local drives. We're using Excel 2010 on Windows 7 Enterprise.
