(ii) Strengthening the tourism sector By opening more hotels, restaurants, amusement parks and similar other tourism destinations, demand for employment in this sector will increase.
(iii) Improving organised retailing Giving better facilities and allowing more foreign investment will give many employment opportunities in urban areas.

Rural area--

1. Govt. can lend money or banks can provide a loan to farmers to purchase seeds, fertilisers and other equipments. This will increase the production and the import business will prosper thus creating job for traders and transport.

2. Govt can provide wells and irrigation systems to farmers. Now, th farmers can take 2 crops a year and will have more work in their farms.

3. Govt can open a cold storage where farmers can store their produces.
