In our life we fell stress at various times for example when our girlfriend talk with us rudely,when someone whom we love like relatives or any of our family member is in trouble there are many ways to overcome stress these are:

1 Meditation: meditation is the best way to overcome stress in our life

2 Take a walk at silent roads: when we take a walk at silent roads,streets and where so many trees are grown it also overcome stess because silent places and blowing wind of trees make our mind relax and overcome stress

3 To share our problems with others:when we are in a stress we have to share our problems with someone which is very close to us like friend or any other it also overcome stress and make us calm
