What Are the western disturbances in the indian moonsoon system?

The Western Disturbance moves across northwest part of  India before the onset of monsoon(coming of monsoon), a monsoon current(that is not permanent) starts to appear over some states that Jammu and Kashmir and Punjab and so on.And When it passes across northern part of India,increases monsoon (rainy clouds) over these states.

the disturbance of the western ghats direction are across the northwest part of india. there movement is  before the appearing or coming of the monsoon season. some states like punjab, uttar pradesh etc experience or can see a monsoon current  that is temporary in nature. and when they pass over the north part of india the result is heavy rainfall.
