Why is the difference between the durations of day and night Hardly felt at kaniyakumari but not felt at Kashmir.

This is because as Kanyakumari and Kasmir are located at different latitudes and at different location from equator.The day and nights are equal near equator.Kanyakumari lies close to equator but Kasmir lies far away from equator.
