Tranquilizers are a class of chemical compounds used for the tratement of stress , fatigue , and mild or even severe mental diseases. These relieve anxiety , stress , irritability or excitement by inducing a sense of well being.

Example :- Iproniazid , Luminal , Chlordiazepoxide , equanil etc.
