two dimensional means flat plane or shape is called two dimensional ex:rectangle, circlr, square etc...

three dimensional meansThe objects around you the ones you can pick up, touch, and move around  are three-dimensional. These shapes have a third dimension: depth. Cubes, prisms, pyramids, spheres, cones, and cylinders are all examples of three-dimensional objects. Three-dimensional objects can be rotated in space.

Two dimensional figures are those figures which are plane & we can't touch or pick them. & also they have only 2dimensions means length & breadth not height eg rectangle, square, triangle.

Three dimensional figures are those figures which are solid & we can touch or pick them. Also these figures have 3dimensions means length, breadth,& also height.. eg table, wall
