Motion : An object is said to be in motion if it continousely changes its position with respect to the surrounding with time .

Uniform motion means when a body covers equal distance in equal interval of time irrespective of the direction throughout it's motion. Nonuniform motion means when a covers unequal distance in equal interval of time irrespective of the direction throughout it's motion.
