Vestigial organs are a set of the evidence known as homology
This refers to the similarity in organs among different species that implies a common ancestor. For example, a bat's wing and a human hand have homologous bone structure, whereas a bird's wing does not. in humans such as appendix which used to digest grass . like pinna in ear

Vestigial organs in simple, are the organs which a quite small and simple than those in related species where they are large.
These organs do not perform any function in our body.
They are present in the form of reduced structures.
