The numbers without any fractions are called as whole numbers.
0 belong to whole numbers
The numbers {0, 1, 2, 3, ...} etc.
There is no fractional or decimal part. And no negatives.
Example: 5, 49 and 980 are all whole numbers.
Are all positive numbers, including zero, which do not include any fractional or decimal parts
Whole numbers do not:

Whole numbers is a branch of rational numbers that define a set of numbers which initiate from 0 and go up to infinity.
They are not considered to be in fraction and are generally counting numbers.
They are non negative integers and also don't include any decimal part
