lactobacillus is the bacteria present in the curd.... you can see it in the following ways:-
first you have to spread the curd in thin layer in a glass and then allow it to dry, then put few drops of blue ethanol and spread it by waving and allow it to dry. Then wash off excessive drops be careful that you don't wash off full. then there you go, you'll see the bacteria under the microscope....
