>> it must not neglect the minority community and has to consider those communities also like schedule castes and schedule tribes.
>>the Constitution must not contain any unnecessary information but the important matter which is relevant to our country ( ie india ).
>>it must also contain the guidelines for the government (ie the majority party or the coalition government ) as how to frame and implemente policies and programs for the general welfare of people.
>>the Constitution must necessarily have the board consensus of the citizens.
>>lastly, it must be framed by the elected representatives by the citizens.
