(1)The base of farmers should be improved. (2)People should be educated about latest tech.of production.(3)Farmers should be encouraged to start non-farm activities such as fishing,tailoring,transportation etc.(4)Govt. should start such schemes so that landless farmer can small loans to start non-farm activity.
