when govt takes action it can be discouraged and govt should give security to women and girls so they can't be kidnapped or forced into prostitution

This can be stopped in our country only when government takes action on sex rackets. Government should give security to women and girls.
Most of the girls/women who are in prostitution are due to poverty, Some of them have been kidnapped and some of them have been indulged forcefully. Only few came to this job of their own or i can say even no body came on their own. If every state government take action on sex rackets and people involved in this, we can stop. Parallely govt should think of providing women security so that they can not be kidnapped or forced into prostitution
