Increasing non farming production activity.

1) Setup of industries in village would give rise to that.

2) Non farming activity requires capital. Loan availability at low interest rate would help.

3)Market is also a great help. If market will be there than the goods can be buyer easily so market would provide a great help.

4) More better and good transport facilities would help in sending and getting raw materials to city.

Characteristics of capital as a factor of production:-

1) For this ownership can be different from its uses.

2) It should be showed as saving.

3) It gives an income in different way.

4) Should be maintained nicely.

Hope this helps...

Answer: The number of people associated with non farm activities is very less  in the whole of India. This number has to be increased in order to boost the economy of India.

  • Loans must be available to be people at low interest rates so that people even without savings can start non farm activities
  • Markets have to be introduced to install a platform where goods and services can be sold.
  • Better transport facilities will help in efficient trade between different villages, or between villages and towns.
