symptoms are the manifestations or evidences of the presence of disease.symptoms indicate the presence of some abnormality in the body.for example-fever may occur due to infection of body by various bacteria, viruses and other pathogens.symptoms does not indicate any exact cause of disease. so we may say or may not say that symptoms of all disease are different.as support we can say- headache may occur due to problem of eyesight ,blood pressure ,under stress such as examination.
