1. To insert a sound or video, go to the Insert Ribbon and click on the Video or Audio icon and choose Video or Audio from File….
2. Navigate to the correct clip, and click the OK button.
3. Once audio is inserted, an audio button will appear, allowing sound to play when it is clicked on.

1. Click the insert ribbon from top of the bar
2.click the audio speaker icon in the bar
3. choose any audio provided in the list or select other audios from your files
4. A audio speaker icon will appear in the slide
5. you can click it to hear or it will play automatically in the slide show
