See I don’t know why the moderators got problem with my answer Is it that they don't get it.. Or its me who is psycho the question has many answer a black hole merging into a new black hole would be an answer without getting damage.. It would become more concentrated and massive.. Hawking radiation is the changed radiation it has got damage before it goes out of the black hole the information changes... A possible answer would be space field itself.. Which holds black hole
