A star recruiter is a user who is experienced with judging the quality of answers. A star recruiters will have the duty of judging the users suggested for recruitment to the stars team. If any of the star recruiters, examines a user and if he / she is satisfied. Then the leader will go for recruitment - process. This is not a important rank and star recruiters are recruited by leaders. This isn't a rank which can be gained by contributions or answering.

Star recruiter is a rank which is given to a team community member. Like leader's of star team, and their helpers. The work of star recruiter goes like this-
•They check the answers of other brainly users.
•Observe and explore users on brainly if they deserve to be a brainly star.
•Gives tips to users on how to improve and become brainly star.
•Help the leaders in their recruitment related doubts, views, opinion, and decisions.
It's overall one of the important rank and duty one gets. One should perform it well.
