It depends on the type of beetles being attacked. There are poisonous and non-poisonous beetles. If a group of frog attacks a population of poisonous beetles and eat them up, there is a 100% chance they are going to vomit it out because a poisonous beetle explodes a poisonous secretion in frog's stomach which causes an irritation hence frog vomits it out.
Unlike a normal scenario, beetles play predator here whereas frogs irregardless to their size become the prey.
