When we put a few dropes of the solution of Acetic Acid

1. blue litmus

acid turns blue litmus red. therefore the color of the blue  litmus paper  will change to red.

we can memorize it by AkBaR

ACID-> BLUE TO RED

2. red litmus

No change.

Odour of Acetic Acid-> Vinegar like odour.

nature-> 1. forms a homogeneous colorless solution in water.

              2. smells like vinegar.

              3. It is an acid . It will have the properties of an acid.
