What changes are made in india after constituion amendmend in 1992?

in 1992 73rd constitution amendment was done by which Panchyat Raj governance was implemented in India . Panchayat Raj was a dream of Mahatma Gandhi , he wants development in ground level. Now a days all the development works in the rural areas were done through Panchayat.
