President Robert Mugabe has changed the Constitution of his ruling Zanu - PF party to allow him to directly appoint his deputies , giving the 90 years old sole power to appoint his successor in other words it will allow him to appoint nation's cheif justice and deputy cheif justice without consulting parliament or the justice the justice ministry.
