Human resources are the people who make up the workforce of an organisation, business sector, or economy.

Earth has large variety of natural resources like Land, water, soul, forests, animals and minerals. Only human beings can use,

exploit, develop, and convert these natural resources into some useful product .

Human's intelligence, creativity, ideas and thinking power had made resources useful and valuable.

There are many resources but how to use them judiciously and wisely is known by human only. Their technical know-how is further too developed by humans. Thus humans are an important resource.
