Part of the white sclera can be seen in the front of the eye. A clear, delicatemembrane called the conjunctivacovers the sclera. At the front of theeye is the cornea. The cornea is theclear part of the eye's protectivecovering.

hey mate according to me.....nictitating membrane covers the eye which is obaque , translucent or many be transparent .. it depends upon organism....
