The blue colour of copper sulphate disappears when it reacts with zinc metal as it , being more reactive then copper, displaces copper from its solution and forms zinc sulphate which is colorless..

So.. conclusion is..

Copper sulphate is blue in color and zinc sulphate is colourless ..
