What colour pen I should use in ICSE board 2019?
Should I use both black and blue pen at a paper?
Or Complete paper by using only one color pen please answer...

The ICSE board exams can be written either with a blue or a black pen. It is not at all important to have both of them at the same time.

However, if handwriting is an issue, it is always recommendable to use a fountain pen for the purpose.

Moreover, these days, there are gel pens that can also be used.

They can be as good as ball-point pens and the writing can also be quite fast.

If proper writing can be achieved by a ball pen, that can be the best.
