When we blow air in the space between the two balloons from your mouth and the balloons come closer to each other,in this situation we can come to the following conclusion -

• The air always moves from the high pressure zone to the low pressure zone.

• Now, when we capture air inside the balloons,the air becomes mostly stationary and a high pressure zone is created.

• On,the other hand we blow air in the in between gap of two ballons, it creates a low pressure zone between the two ballons.

• And,we stated before,the high pressure zone air or the balloon's air wants to come into the low pressure zone which is created in the in between gap of the balloons.

• That's why the balloons come closer to each other.
