Uneven distribution of resources and uneven condition of weather and climate. Also The population has centralized near urban places.

The reasons are as follows :- 1. Difference between relief , climate , temperature etc from place to place. 2. Difference between amount of rainfall. 3. availability of transport , communication , capital etc.
