My answer: According to Shastras heard by me...all the people who had done mistakes called Papam will go to hell (Narakam) and people who had done good things they will go to heaven (Svargam) after death...and in some cases who had done sin have another life.

However, If Agoras (The favorite devotees of Lord Shiva or Strict followers of Siva) who perform activities like Eating Dead Human, Dressing with ash from burial grounds....will have a power to stop the another life after death (You can watch movie "Nene Devudni" or "Nan Kaduval").

What ever it happens after death is the result of our activities which we had done when we are alive.....So try to do more good things.
