Then, raju's grandmother would have given him the treatment which is to be given after a bee sting and if the snake was poisonous, Raju would die

No I wouldn't. I would try my best to make my grandmother understand that I had been bitten by a snake and not a bee
i would tell her that i have been bitten by snakr not by bee and will show her the mark where the snake has bitten.
