1 ms = 0.001sec

15 ms = 0.015sec

I = Q/T

0.24/0.015

= 16 Ampere

Given :

Charge (Q) = 0.24 C

Time (T) = 15 ms

To Find :

Current Flowing

Solution :

Current is the rate of flow of charge.

Current (I) = \frac{Charge (Q)}{Time(T)}

As time is given in milli seconds, we need to convert it into seconds.

Time = 15 × 10⁻³ sec

∴ Current flowing through the conductor = \frac{0.24}{15 * 10^-^3}

                                                                    = \frac{240}{15}

                                                                    = 16 A

Hence, the Current flowing through the conductor is found to be 16 A.
