All the things in the world is made up of Atoms...There are 3 types of atom named proton(charged with positive electricity ) electron (charged with negative electricity ) neutron (chargeless)....Every thing is made up of same number of electron and protons. so as an whole an atom is chargeless. ...so it can be said electrically neutral
