Explanation:

Memory capacity means the amount of memory we can able to use in computers, laptops, mobile phones, etc.

Every computer and hardware devices has a minimum and maximum storage capacity. The memory capacities are expressed in “bytes”, ”kilobytes”, “megabytes”, “giga bytes” and “terabytes”.  

The maximum possible memory capacity is obtained from operating system or mother board, and it depends on the address registered in the CPU. In case it is a 32 bit CPU address, we can add 4 GB memory and if it is 64 bit CPU, then address memory capacity is unlimited.
