Mr. M hamel said about the Franz language that he doesn't learned the french language due to following reasons :-

1. Parents :- they send him on farm instead of encouraging him to learn french.
2. Franz himself :- instead of completing work he put his work for the next day.
3. M. hamel :- he gave him holiday and send him to water the plant.

note : here work refers to his ( Franz ) home work and study.

M.Hamel told them that French was the most beautiful language in the world. It was the clearest and most logical of all languages.
