St. Peter was a great saint. His work was to move around and to spread Jesus' preachings. He was starving because of moving and fasting the whole day. So, he asked the old lady for 1 cake as she was preparing those.

Unfortunately, the lady was so greedy that she was not able to give him one of the already prepared cakes. So, she again and again kept on preparing smaller and smaller cakes. But being so selfish and greedy, she even could not part with even a thin wafer of the cake.
