India is the second most populated country in the world and India is also a consumer centric country. That's why the consumer market and economy is humongous in our country.

According to the question:

When dissatisfied customers don't get any legal system available they prefer to perform a consumer movement to bring a reformation in the legal systematics.

"There was no legal system to protect the consumers who are not satisfied.

If a consumer is not satisfied with the particular product / brand / shop, he/she should stop buying.

It is strongly believed that the consumer were responsible one after buying a product from a shop.

Everyone should be very careful before buying a product because after buying, if the consumer is not satisfied, it cannot be legally claimed only on the decision of consumer ,he /she might have bought the product.
