The Personal Outcomes Evaluation Tool(poet) is developed by In Control and the Centre for Disability Research at Lancaster University.

This year 4,300 responses were collected from two sources. Firstly, a series of 14 one-off surveys in different council areas. Secondly, ongoing data collection from four councils who have embedded POET survey into their review process and local IT systems, collecting data routinely.
