The rain which is a boon to earth is a gift of nature to living beings on earth. The plants that form the first link of a food chain is the one who benefits the most from it. A seed can grow into a sapling and then into a tree only if it gets adequate amount of water. The raindrops tell the seed to take in the water that it needs to quench its thirst and grow into a fine sapling. It tells the seed to make use of the nourishment that is made available to it by nature and grow, to serve as shelter and also to provide food for other beings also.
