Yeast is a tiny organism which can only be seen in the microscope. These grow multiply in every few hours. If there is sufficient nutrients for them then they will grow multiply. It is a single celled organism. It can produce new one in asexual reproduction by budding. It can convert sugar into alcohol and C02.
