in my point of view,the person who lives in a low altitude know the imortance of money,value of time and they are very kind-hearted but on the other hand the person who lives in a high altitudes doesn't know the importance of money and that group of people is not kind-hearted at all.They have too much attitude.

The main difference between a person living on high altitudes n those living in low altitudes is the food they consume! N the weather conditions they r accustomed to! Morever this could also affect their dressing style, wildlife and vegetation, style of the house,etc.
