Hi there. If there is no retail shop, the difficulties would be:

- the products are not easily accessible to consumers or customers;

- consumers or customers cannot buy  a wide assortment of products in small quantities;

- consumers or customers  cannot buy products at reasonably affordable prices;

- shop owners cannot get the consumer's feedback for product improvements;

- both the owners and consumers do not have to deal with shipping costs, lost packages, tracking numbers, and the other drama of online stores.

A consumer  faces  difficulties if there is no retail shop as stated below :

(i)    No retail shop means the consumer will have to stock the goods.

(ii)    In the absence of a retail shop, a consumer will have no choice

(iii)    A retail shop supplies goods in reasonable the quantities which fits the pocket of consumers. In the absence of a retail shop, consumers will have to go to the manufacturer.

(iv)    There will be a lot of inconvenience

(v)    Consumers will have no information about new products available.
