In Theravada Buddhism, there are two possibilities:

If you still have unresolved kamma (Sanskrit: karma), if the conditions for rebirth are present, "you" are reborn. Because there is no soul or something else unchanging to identify as "you," this process is described as another being inheriting your kamma, or your kamma, caused in the end by clinging, being one of the requisites for the coalescence of the five clinging-aggregates which we recognize as body and mind. Depending on the actions and volition which created that kamma, you might be reborn as a human with varying status (rich, poor, etc.), you might be reborn as an animal, or you might be reborn into one of a number hells or heavens. (I personally like to think that the Buddha's "hells and heavens" are metaphorical and might refer to various states of human or extraterrestrial life.)
