That's a nice question friend.
Well the answer to this question is simple just for the profit these MNCs set up their companies in areas where they get cheap Labour. A large industry or a company means for more productivity they need more labors and it will be just their benefit to get cheap labours . While they select areas with high resource so that they can cut off the rate of transportations to an extent. By choosing an area which is full of natural resources they can easily set up plants and send their products to their consumers more efficiently and with more profit.

Because they will get more profit if they setup their offices and factories in those regions where they will get cheap labour and other resources than any another places as their will be less expenditure with more profit.cheap labour will give more profit as they want more labour if the availability is labour for less cost means it can gain more profit
