what do SER and RER stands for​

Answer:

SER stands for smooth endoplasmic reticulum which helps in the manufacture of fat molecules ,or lipids , important for cell function. whereas. RER stands for rough endoplasmic reticulum which looks rough under a microscope because it has particles called ribosomes attached to its surface.
